  29.     It's for Automatic Resend reQuest or something like that. 
  30. Basically it means that you're connected with error control (LAP-M in this
  31. case, although the ARQ message while also be displayed if you connect with
  32. MNP4 or MNP10 error control).  This is quite important, if you don't
  33. connect with error control at 28.8 (or 26.4, 24.0, etc.) don't expect to
  34. get much done.
