- It's for Automatic Resend reQuest or something like that.
- Basically it means that you're connected with error control (LAP-M in this
- case, although the ARQ message while also be displayed if you connect with
- MNP4 or MNP10 error control). This is quite important, if you don't
- connect with error control at 28.8 (or 26.4, 24.0, etc.) don't expect to
- get much done.
